Evergreen Holiday Park is registered with GoldShield and Omar is a GoldShield registered manufacturer, so if a customer buys an Omar lodge with Evergreen Holiday Park, they can benefit from the cover the warranty offers, provided. The GoldShield 10-year structural warranty scheme is designed to offer the same level of cover, as you would expect to enjoy with a NHBC warranty on a traditional brick built property.

Each homeowner will receive a full licence agreement from the BH & HPA (national caravan council) which protects the interests of the home owner.

All lodges on the park are exempt from Stamp Duty.
